Well, we're just playing the waiting game with the new offer on the house. I'm still packing, I can't help but look around at all our stuff and wonder where I'm going to put stuff. Oh well, best if I don't count my chickens before they hatch.
CM found this hat. It was buried in the coat closet. She really likes it and will now only respond to 'Cowgirl' When called by her given name she will promptly say, 'cowgirl, mommy, *babble, babble* esha cowgirl'.
I'm glad she's wearing the hat. It's a whole lot better than the pigtails she has on.
Now your prolly thinking, oh her daddy must have done her hair. Nope. It was me. Usually they really are nice and neat. We were in such a hurry this morning I took the lazy way out and used a brush bigger than her head instead of looking for her comb. And no, her head is not tilted, she is looking straight ahead.
February. One of the months when I get roses or any flowers for that matter. Now, some would say 'at least you get any'. Screw that. I'm not going to gush cause my DH decided to get roses cause the flower shop sends him a reminder that Valentines is right around the bend. So should he not get me any flowers? Hell no! I better get flowers, this is 1 out of 2 times a year that I get any kind of flowers. Valentine's Day and my Birthday. That's it. I'll take the flowers, kiss him and thank him, but that's it.
This year he decided to throw me off, just a little. He sent them early.
